In a rather obvious but neccessary fact pointed out by a Nigerian Senator , a list of decisions Trump has taken just weeks after declaring his support for the persecuted Christians of Nigeria.

In a strange turn of event, A Northern Nigerian Senator, has listed out the decision of Trump against Nigeria and other third world Countries.

“After banning Nigerians from applying for Greencards, then slashing work permits for immigrants, then deportations, then requesting for 5 years social media history, then raising visa fees, then cancellations of spousal visas, then came partial restrictions, and now issuance of US visas for Nigerians STOPs on 1st January. Even though it is not limited to Nigeria, the message is clear, Citizens of Third World Countries are Unwanted”

While many rejoiced when the US President public called out the Nigerian Government for looking the other way, While Christian Nigerian citizens were killed mercilessly in thr homes, at their farms, in the community. While they slept.

We must say that Trumps involvement in the issue, had some impacts, impacts like a sudden spike in the kidnap and killings. Suddenly people were being kidnpped at church, ransom requested, school.kids being kidnapped in helicopter. A helicopter? While eye witness revealed that a hlicopter was heardin the direction the kids were being driven to, it is safe to take every every eye witness account with a pinch of salt.

They even claimed that over 200 kids were kidnapped that day. First of, these guys are always looking to fight Christianity and westernisation, which is why they are known to strike Christians, churches and schools. In their small minds, these things are the agents that mislead th muslims from the faith, according to this terrorists and their initial believe.

It used to be religious fantidm, until the politicians started employing these guys, and using them to create chaos at will. Now the terrorists are known to bask in poverty and want, but since they got into deals with politicians, they have outrightly been seen with money, and amassing wealth through their decision to cause harm to their people.

How did these guys become so influential and money conscious, you asked? Well, it is because they have been bought over by politicians. And nothern ever touches the hands of Nigerian politicians without being completely changed.

Now regions use the boko haram sect for all kinds of activities. Imagine then bekng pardoned right after the killed and destroyed whole communities, and their indigenes relocating by foot to the neighbouring countries.

So, if the Nigerian Government can hapily use these guys as will, imagine what the other country leaders would do with them. A few weeks ago, when US President, Donald Trump blew hot and threatened the Nigerian government, asking him to bring the killing to control, and a possible end, many had mixed reactions.

From those who believed he was genuinely concerned for the Christian population, to those who felt that just like everything the US is involved in, no help, no assistance can be gotten for nothing. So, if the US steps in to help the persecuted Nigerian Christians, then they will be needing some crude oil in no time.

It didn’t matter who was behind the killings, it only matter who wanted it to stop. The period when Trump roared and threatened, an unnaturally weird spike in the activities of these terrorists inproved drastically making peole doubt the legitimacy of the US in the peace of Nigeria.

But suddenly, the same activites died down, and the Nigerian Government gloated about how the Nigerian police force and the army, have brough the issue under control. The event happened incredibly close to detty december time, so everyone thought that this was part of the plan to deter the people of the world from converging in Nigeria for detty december.

While it my look like the plan, it is also dafe to day that it didn’t work because people have converged in Nigeria, for the one and only detty december.

Recall that the term ‘detty december’ was not even a thing as of when covid19 ravaged the world. It literally came into existence yesrs afyer covid, and now it is taking the attention of tourists who should have gone to other well established locations of the world.

For this reason, you can’t really blame the people who think Trump deliberately called Nigeria out, close to Christmas, to deter his citizens from coming to the Country for detty december.
If it is true, then it truly is not as effective as he would have wanted it to be, because people still travelled down in their numbers, to Nigeria, for Christmas.

And from the time Trump pledged his support to the persecuted Nigerian Christians, to now, a load of punishments have been levelled against the people of Nigeria, as summarised by the Nigerian Senator.

First it wss the ban on Nigerians to apply for a greencard. At first, Nigerians did not really react to it negatively, because they thought some politicians were the target. Since Nigerian politicians have notoriously been on the US watchlist for various degrees of unbelievable things they have been involved in. At first, Nigerians liked the decision, until it was confirmed to be targeted at everyone. Secondy, the trump administration slashed work permit. As part of the Trump plan to cut down on immigration into the United States.

He set off the dreadful deportation, the one that has been in absolute force in the US, since Donald Trump became President. The people who have spent over two decades in the US, were even implicated. They literally had their whole lives taken away from them. Their effort in the US, have been ruined by the US ICE. They were taken away and deported to their home countries.

Some people went back home to dilapidated homes, trying to get their family homes up to a livable standard. Not even something beautiful enough or upto their standard back in the US, but something that is not gorrible enough to cause disgrace and repproach for them.

They literally just come home to the mosg unpleasant, unfit homes, because they have no papers, and have not been able to leave the US in decades, because they have no papers.

Now that Donald Trump’s ICE has caught up with them, they go back hoke to what is left of their home. Some do not even have a family home, instead they go to a relatives’s home, manage whatever they are able to find, because it is that home, or the Mexican streets. That is for Mexico deportees alone, because in Nigeria, people send money back home to build a house for them, even people they spend upto 10 years in the US, a beautiful standard home gets built, furnished, and made perfect.

So when a Mexican is back in their.oke.town after deportation, they go home to a bad house, almost collapsing. But whej a Nigerian is deported, they are sure of a royal treatment, a beautifully built, up to standard home, back in Nigeria.

Donald Trump then goes again to request for the 5 year social media history of anyone looking for the US visa. So if you are one of those people who says just about anything on social media, the US will look for, and find out what you have been upto.

The US also raised the visa fees, as if people have not had a long year, they go and add one more thing, to create yet another hurdle for anyone trying to find their way to the US. The fee was raised. It was yet again raised.

Then they also cancelled the spousal visa, meaning that if you are in the US, married to a spouse in the Countries mentioned on the restriction list, and then trying to have your Nigerian spouse come over, it seems to now be impossible with the new rule.
The restrictions and indefinite stoppage of visa issuance to Nigerians, which will stop on January 1st.

The US is definitely carrying out an investigation, and when these rules and restrictions were made public, it was clear that they have tangible reasons, and prevention is always better than cure, especially in this day and age, where the west has been the target of certain religions moves. If they have tagged Nigeria as a country of certain concern, then they have to take the right steps to back that claim.
Conclusion
These rules, no doubt affect everyone, but it is also fair to see things feom the US perspective. They will protect their country, and their people. Alot have been happening on their soil, and it is only normal that they prevent more evil from coming in. So the next time the US comes out with rules, remember it is for the good of their country and people.
