You know I always see people talk about their firmoo glasses on line, and I admire the beautiful glasses frames ans just move on. I loved how fragile yet strong, their frames are, the other day, a young lady completely bent her glasses frame, to show how strong they were and it was beautiful to watch.
I decided to try it out, and it was incredible. So this is my honest firmoo glasses review, because I have all said in my firmoo video that was posted above. This is coming rrom someone who has had glasses for decade now. It is okay to say that I am speaking from a good place of experience.
I have not tried every other glasses company, but a few, and firmoo is really at the very top of my favourote glasses right now.
As someone who has been relying on glasses for decades, or alittle over it, I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve had to update my prescription and hunt for the perfect pair of glasses, for perculiar reasons.
Sometimes it comes like a lose frame, that hangs on my nose, limiting my oxygen intake, or slides forward continuously, everytime i try to do anything that involve me shaking, especially when i am sweaty, or have just applied lotion. The slipe and slide knows no bounds.

But, my recent experience with Firmoo has been enlightening, because I literally thought i have seen it all, and asking for more, meant thag i was being unreaslistic with what is obtainable, and maybe setting myself up for disappointment.
In this review, I’ll share my honest thoughts on the company, their products, and the exceptional service I received.
It all started when I received my eye test results from a recent check-up, I was due for a new prescription, and I decided to try out Firmoo, I used to think they dealt only with sunglasses, and pretend prescription glasses, for girls who ate not nerds but wanted to look like nerds, because someone told them that nerds are sexy.
So when they asked for my prescrition, I was reluctant, because I was thinking it was going to be a beautiful waste of my time. But i have always taught myself to give people the benefit of the doubt.
The got hold of my glasses prescription, and the rest was history. I went on their website, and pick my preferred frames, from the design, to the shape and colour, the exact frame that I wanted, and these pairs of glasses got to my home within days.
They were early enough, right on time, early enough for me to use one of them for my UK driving test, which I passed by the way, because I could see and read the road signs alot better with them, than with my previous glasses.
In just a few days later, I received a package containing not one, but two pairs of my prescription glasses!
To be honest I expected them to take their God given time, befor delivering, and they surprised me.
I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service. But, what really caught my attention was the quality of the glasses themselves.
As someone who’s struggled with short sightedness for years, I was thrilled to find that my new Firmoo glasses provided crystal-clear vision. Like even with my glasses I still know the distance I have to stop trying to read out something.
But these pair of glasses changed the narratives, because i see beyond the previous distance, it literally uprooted the previous sight limitation, my jaw flipping dropped.
What I love about Firmoo is their commitment to affordability and precision. I compared their prices to the prices of the guys in my neighbourhood, and they handsdown best the guys in my neighbourhood, whom I am not going to mention their name for obvious reason.
They offer a wide range of frames at unbeatable prices, I was going through their frames options on their website, for 25 minutes, and still couldn’t decide, because it kept on going, and kept on changing my mind, because the more you kept going, the more you kept on seeing.
In my opinion, they have such a vast option for frames, which is a good thing, because they literally have something for everyone. The typical me, I ended picking a very official looking frame, where as I should have done some fancy, girly one. I basically chose the same frames. So they do put out a wide range of glasses for everyone.
I was impressed by the beautiful frames they offered to be honest, the trendy shapes, designs and colours still made me happy to see, despite being a glasses user for years. They are not just fancy, but durable too. I have watched a lady try out their durability, bending them and almost folding them in half, and stil didn’t crack or break.
I also want to thank their customercare for the patience and understanding, that they have for their customers. Their email exchange, and prompt responses, made it even easier to do anything with them.
I don’t know about other customers, but I got a good experience dealing with them, they were helpful, and explained in clear terms, all that I didn’t understand. No matter your colour, face shape and style choices, these guys will cater to you, making the process seamless. I love every bit of it, and they even wanted me to leave them a review afterwards, which I voluntarily did.
When I opened my package, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The signature glasses case was sturdy and stylish, I felt like an influencer, and the accompanying letter was personalized and welcoming, it felt magnificent.
It was clear that Firmoo has studied it customers and cares so much about their customer experience,and not just the money and all. They sure value the feel you go from dealing with them. They made sure to serve their customers, even though you have met them in person.
For instance, the lady behind the emails I received, she was very professional, always teady to reexplain things that I didn’t get at first. They clearly have done their research to be here, and making folk feel this relaxed.
It clearly shows that they are committed to not only getting, but keeping and satisfyinhg their customers. Putting my doubting mind to rest, while shopping on line for my glasses. I have not tried it before, so everything i did was simply trying my luck. So when it turned out good, I decided to let others know that it is as magnificient as the want it to be.
They are committed to providing high-quality products, I mean, even I confirmed it after the transaction, and i can boldly do my prescription glasses online, in the comfort of my home, without having to make that trip to the Doctor’s office, and wait in line to be attended to, the whole time, while exchanging awkward smiles with strangers.
Their user-friendly website caused me confusion, because I was confused on the one to choose, since I was distracted by too many good looking frames.
