I tell myself, ‘ I either choose to train my children 100%, or I commit to my work 100%. Doing this, she doesn’t see a future for her career, unless it is a business, and she owns that business.

When a woman who was devoted to her job decides to get married and build a family, for her natural want and future, she is either directly or indirectly going to get punished by the people who decide her fate decide her future in that career.

They decide if she is valuable enough to be retained or simply tossed. While the government tries to get more people into the labour market, so they can get more taxes, employers are saving themselves, their pockets, and the future of their business. Women are dropped from their work because they have chosen to become mothers.
