before they can gain their settlement, carers are taking decisions. In a Country and significanty dependent on carers,as the United Kingdom, it is rather daring that they are victimising carers.
According to them, the nber of carers slots they had for visa sponsorship, was surpassrd in folds by the carers who came in, and brought their family members with them. Many might look at this and that it serves the carers right, but let us look at this in plain terms. Carers or anyone of carer visa, is not in anyway an illegal migrant right?
Then if they are NOT illegal, that means they and their family went through the right channel, they went through home office office, had their checks and those of their family members done, before they were considered okay to come in. Every head was paid for before they passed through the home office data, they wete recorded and charged for. This means that the home office had a clear record, a clear and specific number of people coming it. Matter of fact, they were the only ones who had the exact number of people coming into the country.
They knew the number was exceeding the allowed slots, theh knew that the carers were coming in wuth their families, they were in the best position to either put a stop to it, or take a decision that would prevent these people from bringing in the number of families memebers. The home office didn’t so much as identify and put a stop to this, they literally just kept collecting their money and letting them the carers amd their families in, only to announce that they and their families would punished mercilessly for that.
So they went on to extentd the years. The hospitals are nw having patients being treated in the corridor, which they call corridor care. The fact being that the beds are being occupied by people who are medically fit to be discharged, but are regusing to be discharged because of lack of social care. The social care being the home care and care homes, where these people are being cared for in their homes by the UK Carers, to promote independence, to encourage recovery, and have these people back on their fit, if ever they would be. But every single day that the UK parliament sit down, they place the issue of carers and their family at the fore front. We are forced to wonder if anything else is being discussed at such a significant level of decision making.
I came across a video that analysed these guys so much that they said the migrants and having babies. For the love of nature in a cold.country, what exactly do you expext from humans beings? Ofcourse they will make babies. The UK residents are giving birth, the citizens are also giving birth, even though the raye is plummeting, but the carers who are working to earn their stay, are the ones whose pregnancies have become the reason for the parliament to analyse their birth rate.
The absolute fact still remains that the borth rate of the actual UK people.who have been at an alarmingly low rate, if not for the immigrants whose birth rate seems to be acting and a buffer for the statistics. Yet this same reason is what is being considered by the law makers, as a reason not to let the carers work for 5 years. Talk about the case of Jacob and Laban.
The same thing that the country is in dire need of, is being criticised because the migrants carers are the target. This are the people whose services cut across all families and parts of the Uk.
Fair enough everyone has a family and friend whose aging family member if being cared for by the same carers, but when it comes to showing love or gvujg them their flowers, giving what they have been working for, it suddenly becomes an abomination. These people where in their home countries when the UK Government asked them to come over to work for the Country, and get a reward at the end of the 5 years.
These people did, paid, moved, and started working, only to be told that the are being served their rewards on a platter of gold, so they chose to make them work for 10 more years, to get the same reward. These carers do not have access to public money, instead they pay heavy taxes from their heavy jobs. They keep their end of the bargain, but not the team on the UK side of things can be trusted.
So basically, in the midst of a complete scarcity of carers in the system, the hospitals calling for an urgejt action to be taken, because they are running out of bedspaces due to the inability to discharge the admitted patients who have decided that they don’t feel well enough to leave the hospital, but the hospital think they are medically fit to go back home and get daily social care administered to them on a daily basis, to enable them regain their independence, to encourage recovery, and back on their feet again.
The real issue is the fact that the Government is going after the Carers who are not even enough for the country. So they basically do not have enough people, yet they come for the people they have, while they are still not enough.
The carers are goung throufh all manner of things to remain sponsored by companies, something rhe home office and government are very conversant with, because they have stopped employers from actually going to the countries outside the UK, leaving the UK to go get the employees outside the country, and act that have left the home office with more reasons to investigate the entire process.
Employers, agencies and individuals have been said to take advantage of the situation, bringing people from other countries to come to the UK with the promise of giving them jobs, giving them a means of lifelihood, and sometimes even adding accommodation to it.
This set of bad eggs have succeeded in making individuals and families stranded after they arrive the UK, leaving them at the mercies of people who have vitimised them with a work promise.
The feedbacks flooded the home office in the last two years, causing the home office to cater to these responsible workers, who have be converted from workers to rough sleepers. The home office became reponsible for these individuals, providing temporary homes ans center for them to sleep, feed, and get back on their feet.
The home office reportedly spent unplanned money in these process, ofcourse they will say it is in billion and trillion pounds. Anyway the home office did shoulder the unforseen burden, and this made them move to take action to put a stop to this crime.
The stopped employers, agencies, companies, from seeking employees outside the UK, a policy that forced the companies to look into the pool of floating employees already in the UK, already victimised by their initial employers or an imaginable employers with an imaginable employment.
Some other employers started enslaving their employees, making them work so much that they became depressed, being manipulative with their pay, with their rest days, government says work is 5 days a week, some employers say 7 days a week, all because they are sponsoring the worker. These are many more issues were brought to the table of the home office, including the divorce rate, the families being seperated, and spouses dropping partners out of their visas.
So, in a way, the home office took the right decision to stop this, and they made life fairer for some people, especially the enslaved foreign workers. They then moved to punish everyone.
So the restrictions started coming in hard and fast, and this also affected the carers. So basically these carers were at the receiving end of the everyone’s action and policies.
Conclusion
This is so sad, but many say it is not the fault of the home office, but havinf the carers at the wnd of it all, is such a sad situation for them. The UK prides itself in handling issues on an individual basis, so why not apply that same rule in this case, people who brought in too many family members should be handled, while those who didn’t, should be handled separately. Generalising the punishment is not ideal. The taxes are not segregated, but the benefits are.
I hope they actually have a change of heart on this issue, if not for anything, but for the UK population, whose survival depend on these carers. The UK government has been making and remaking policies, I hope this issue is handled in the same light, and propositions are reconsidered. Thank you for your kind consideration, home office.
