I love Christianity, I love Christ, I love God. But many people create rules and ways of worshipping, and when that thing doesn’t go so well, people attribute it to the religion. The Catholic priests and nuns were first humans before they became religious role models.

While they strive for the beautiful spiritual affairs, they are still humans, whose human side will always be very present and in existence. For the clergy men and women in the catholic faith, abstinence from sexual activity is one of the criteria when it comes to abandoning the human side of their existence.

But how can you abandon something that you are currently existing in? People hear of sexual abuse in the Christian faith, and all hell let loose, because it supports some choices they have made, which could be to stay away from faith and religion, it validates their choices and points.

The rampant news of sexual misconduct in the religious setting is not only in the Christian faith, but it is still right in everyone’s faith, and serving as a very feasible tool for the devil to distract and destroy those who let it.

Having an individual suppress their human side on earth is difficult. Jesus did it and survived it, because He was Jesus. The religious people are like I said, religious people worshipping God in the best way they can.

They say exercise provides the body with the same amount of relief it gets from sexual activities. While the catholic priests are not allowed to be married, they are not allowed to acknowledge or even cater to the sexual side of their existence.

This denial seems to cause more harm than good, because sexual frustration comes and leads these well-respected individuals into something that they will never take back from the media. How then can one stick to the rules of the institute, handling their spiritual and biological matter?

To maximise the available options for the clergy, we have to draw up a daily physical exercise plan for the clergy men and women of the catholic faith. After morning prayers, they head to the gym or exercise area to burn fat, relieve their stress, improve their mood, and sexual urges.

Now I am not saying that this is an automatic solution to a series of sexual misconduct cases, but it will help in acknowledging the existence of the human side of things, which is constantly needing to be seen and handled, or even used as a weapon by the devil.

For this reason, the earlier we acknowledge the fact that even though we want to go to heaven, right now we are on earth and existing as humans, we need to stop pretending that we can just pay no attention to the human aspect of things, like sexual urges.

Exercise will bring some relief, it will cut the layers of piled-up urge, and leave them with a clear mind for the day, and for other religious activities.

If this is considered, it should be made compulsory and daily. This will not only address the sexual aspect of things, but it will also address the fitness, health, and psychological aspects.

A nun running on a treadmill would be a beneficial picture. This also goes for a priest lifting some weight to burn fat, build muscle, and relieve their built-up sexual urges.

Conclusion
This may not be an absolute solution to the issues before then, but it is definitely going to address a few things and then divert the issue.

This post does not urge a change in the laws that govern the institution, but a way to maintain their rules and laws and then make new rules to enforce physical exercises after the morning compulsory tasks, like prayer, Bible study/reading, and rosary.

This fills their days with activities, reduces the potential for an idle mind, and encourages good health and fitness among them.
